Love Language series: Physical Touch - Lingerie dance workshop

On Valentine’s Day, Ignition Dance Company created a space dedicated not to romantic love but to the most important love of all, self-love.

Our Lingerie Dance Workshop, themed around Physical Touch as part of the Love Language Series, brought women together in a safe, supportive and empowering environment to reconnect with their bodies through dance.

The session focused on slowing down, embracing sensuality in a healthy and grounded way, and creating space for participants to physically love on themselves without judgement or scrutiny. It was about celebration, not performance, Presence not perfection.

The feedback we received was deeply moving.

“I used to struggle with loving my body. I saw it with doubt instead of tenderness.
